Apple Hill

Located just a short 50mi drive outside of Sacramento, as you climb the sierra nevada’s, you will find Apple Hill.

A favorite during apple picking season- these 6-10 places open intermittently when not in full season. We caught the last few places still open- to indulge in an apple fritter, apple pie, apple cider, and some actual apples as well!

This time of year was awesome, we had the fall foliage and it wasn’t as packed as during high season. These one lane roads can really be a bummer to bumper to bumper between and then out of!
